  • We can substitute any of the item containing bread with Farinata
  • All Changes are shown as highlighted, otherwise it is naturally gluten free
  • Please expect additional time to prepare
  • Our kitchen is a shared facility We do our best to keep equipment separate

The only items that cannot be made gluten free are
the ravioli and the lasagna!
