Composting

We know that you care about your community as much as we do.  You can feel good about dining with us because we are committed to sustainable dining.  Since we make everything from scratch, we do not dispose of the extra, unnecessary packaging that comes with premade food. We compost all of our food waste and recycle with zeal. In fact, we yield less than one ounce of garbage per customer! Much of our compost is used to create the great soil that grows some of our herbs and vegetables.  We also use compostable carry out containers.
