Meatball and mozzarella, Italian sausage and Pecorino Romano cheese, tomatoes and olives, goat cheese and roasted red peppers, and white bean. Each type is served on our house baked focaccia crostini.
Assorted Antipasti
$5.95 per person, per choice
Caprese salad (tomato, mozzarella, and basil), house made salami, rosemary ham, and Prosciutto. Imported cheeses, such as: Fontina, and Gorgonzola Dolce. Roasted and marinated vegetables, for example: asparagus, gold beets, artichokes, balsamic marinated mushrooms, and roasted peppers. Fresh, seasonal fruit.
Served with fresh house baked focaccia bread.
Salad
$3.95 per person, per choice
Panzanella: mixed greens, olives, peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, bread and shaved fennel, tossed with balsamic vinaigrette and garnished with parmesan cheese.
Second option: seasonal salad, for example: summer heirloom tomato salad, or roasted pear and goat cheese salad. Prices may vary.
Baked Pasta
$4.95 per person, per choice
Lasagna Bolognese - fresh house made pasta layered with Bolognese sauce, ricotta cheese, fresh mozzarella and Parmigiana Reggiano
Baked Ziti - perfectly cooked Pasta ricotta cheese, fresh mozzarella and Parmigiana Reggiano marinara sauce and baked with savory bread crumbs. (could also be prepared gluten free)
Eggplant Parmigiana - thick slices of eggplant layered with fresh mozzarella, marinara sauce and baked with savory bread crumbs. (could also be prepared gluten free)
Entrée selections

Chicken Picatta Chicken breast medallions sautéed with butter, white wine, lemon, and capers.
Chicken Scaloppine Chicken breast medallions sautéed with tomatoes, mushrooms, and Marsala wine
Chicken Parmigiana Chicken breast with fresh mozzarella and baked with bread crumbs and topped with marinara sauce and Parmigiana Reggiano cheese.
Note: pork loin, veal, or steak can be substituted for chicken in any of the above chicken preparations.

We also have a full bar, beer, soda, espresso drinks, and coffee. You may purchase a specific number of drink tickets in advance, or we will keep track of the drinks and add the cost to your final bill. A special cocktail menu can be arranged in lieu of the full bar.
Labor
Bartenders are $20.00 per hour, to include set up and break down.
Servers are $20.00 per hour, to include set up and clean up.
