Roasted Pear and Goat Cheese Salad – Marsala roasted pears and creamy goat cheese on a bed of organic arugula and butter leaf lettuce dressed lightly with sherry vinaigrette and topped with spiced almonds.

Cream of Potato and Sorrel Soup – a rich soup made with organic Yukon gold potatoes and fresh sorrel in a cream broth drizzled with sorrel infused extra virgin olive oil.

Red Wine Braised Beef Short Rib – organic beef short ribs braised until tender in red wine, with tomatoes, onions, garlic, and seasonings, served over creamy polenta with saut»ed seasonal vegetables.

Chicken Cacciatore with Braised Mushrooms – Rosie’s organic chicken saut»ed with tomatoes, onions, peppers, and succulent Marsala braised mushrooms, served over creamy polenta with saut»ed seasonal vegetables.

Eggplant Parmigiana – Eggplant roasted in extra virgin olive oil until tender, layered with fresh mozzarella cheese, marinara, and focaccia bread crumbs and then baked until golden brown and bubbly.


Dessert – choice of one


Panna Cotta – a light Italian eggless custard made with fresh cream and vanilla bean, topped with seasonal fresh fruit and dusted with powdered sugar.

Chocolate Truffle Cheesecake – creamy chocolate cream cheese filling on top of our house made chocolate cookie crust with a layer of chocolate ganache and cocoa powder dusted on top.

Gelato – assorted seasonal flavors by Bottega Italiana, a local gelataria
